I'm thinking the same. I'd rather not lose anything we don't know how to use yet since it might be important later. Right now for sure it's...a pair of shoes, a knife, and a dildo. Some of the other items don't make sense. A jar of water, an artificial heart, and maybe a necklace? Hard to say.
