He's moving his mouth away from Dick's throat to more or less settle for a harder, bruising bite at one of his pecs where the v of his shirt opens, his other hand joining the first in Dick's hair. He doesn't speak, settled for leaving a mark or two or three while twisting his leg to try and wrap around Dick's waist to pull him closer.
