[Dick giving in and kissing back is actually enough to calm Junpei's head for a few moments, leaning into Dick's hand but kissing back just as intensely. He pulls him closer, hand tugging at his shoulder and working on preening feathers again while immediately licking into his mouth and grinding against him in a slow but purposeful kind of move. Despite the insistence he's not pushing to move much faster than this right now even while the kissing is a little bruising and wanting, one hand working at the feathers and the other digging his nails into Dick's shoulder. He does nothing to stop the groan working out of his throat and colliding into Dick's lips, wriggling his way as close as possible for now. ]
