[It's funny. The reaction is funny and he thinks nothing of teasing him further. The thought of "I already said I'm not in my right mind" flickers through his brain but he decides that's maybe a little too real. It's probably not the best thing to say right now when Dick has his fingers in his ass and his teeth on his neck.
