[...but he'll move to sit next to him.] ...even if this week is quiet, I wanted to make sure you're taken care of early to protect yourself. [Does he assume Nikkari hasn't slept with someone already? No. Does he want to make extra sure? Yes.]

[ there's a pause as the offer takes him by surprise... and a second later, the familiar teasing smirk is back. ]

Oh? Are you... worried about me, Junpei?

[ there's a very particular way he says "worried." he knows junpei will always be concerned for him, but... in this specific scenario? please. this is the slut sword he's talking to. ]

[He rolls his eyes a little.]

Let's just say I like taking matters into my own hands. [Which is why his hand comes up to the nape of Nikkari's hair, thumb rubbing over his neck there.] Aren't I allowed to be worried?

[Yeah he's aware Nikkari's being slutty right now but this is just how their relationship goes by now.]

[ he chuckles fondly as he leans into junpei's touch and kisses him. all signs seem to be pointing to yes, he is definitely down for this (though it's not like there was much doubt to begin with). ]

[ with their faces still close, he takes junpei's free hand in his own. ]

Would you like to continue our streak of being adventurous, or would you prefer going somewhere more private for once?

[It's fine, he reciprocates the kiss because that's what you do in cases like this and for people like this. He knows when he's being teased and his free hand smooths over Nikkari's hair again before taking the other hand. Come on. Up and away we're going.]

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't mind some privacy this time. I think I've had enough adventure for the last couple of weeks. [What with bingo and then furridom and then exposing his sex life with Dick mid-trial.]

I had a feeling you would say as much, but I still wanted to make sure.

[ without further hesitation, he stands up, hand still comfortably in junpei's. ]

I think comfort sounds more appealing than excitement today, anyway.

[He'll take the lead then and does nothing to pull his hand away, nodding in agreement to that assessment.]

Yeah...it feels like we're waiting for something and I don't know what yet, so I'd rather spend time with people I'm comfortable with than do whatever the demons really want us doing. Got a preference, or am I picking?

I feel as though I've been making a lot of our decisions lately... why don't you surprise me, for once?

[Nikkari...always the one to make sure Junpei actually makes decisions, but he doesn't mind. He'll lead him back to the elevator then and hit the button for the second floor.]

He's heading back to Nikkari's room that he shares with Edelgard, pointedly looking at the door.]

..figured since the first time was here, it was time to maybe revisit that.

[ somehow, this choice of location actually does surprise nikkari to the point of speechlessness. but, as usual, he makes the transition back to laughter easily enough as he reaches for his clamshell to deactivate the lock. ]

Hahaha... goodness, are you getting sentimental on me?

[Normally he'd protest, or tell Nikkari to shut up, or just be tsundere about it and demand he open the door but instead there's a slight shrug.]

Maybe a little. It's one of the nicer memories I have of this place, you know? So...another one made sense to me.

[Once the door's unlocked though he's taking Nikkari by the hand and leading them both inside.]

[ nikkari smiles widely as junpei takes him inside, warmth pulsing from his chest and into the rest of his body knowing junpei considered their first encounter so significant enough to remember fondly.

(if only he knew how much those words would hurt by the end of the week.)

rather than get straight to the action, though, he merely grins as they stand in the middle of the living area. ]

I wonder... would you also like this to be a repeat... [ he runs a hand along junpei's shoulder and down his arm before twining their fingers together, ] ... or something new, as well?

[It's probably more significant and fond than he'll tell Nikkari himself, but he finds himself melting into the touch quietly while letting their fingers tangle up together. He doesn't try to pull Nikkari to the bed or anything, comfortably leaning into him as he grins just a little.]

...wouldn't mind a reverse situation to be honest, but it's been a while since I've let you take care of me. [He normally wouldn't ask, but he trusts Nikkari wholeheartedly this way.]

Haha... the day is young, you know. If you're willing to spend the extra time with me... I don't see why we can't have it both ways.

[ he tugs junpei along gently, playfully toward the bedroom, but before he lets them fall upon it, he presses his lips to his partner's once again. he's learned how prickly and particular junpei can be during their time here; he's also learned how much it means that junpei doesn't treat him that way, and how important that level of trust is.

the resulting kiss ends up being a little softer than he originally intended. ]

[And so he follows. Nikkari's right, Junpei is prickly and particular and isn't always willing to let people get too close to him. He's always allowed a few people the exception of seeing the softer sides of his personality and even from day one Nikkari was different. It's why he thinks nothing of it when they're settling on the bed and that kiss is given, Junpei tilting his head to let it linger for a little longer before his hand smoothes down one of Nikkari's arm simply for the sake of touching him.]

You make it sound like it's some kind of sacrifice to be here. Obviously I'm here for as long as you want.

Mm, that's a dangerous thing to say, you know...

[ with his lips still brushing against junpei's, nikkari sighs as junpei touches him, then immediately starts on unzipping his jacket and unbuttoning his shirt because he'd much rather have the pads of those fingers running down his bare skin. this dance-like progression of teasing to pleasuring that all their encounters seem to have has always been something he's liked. much like how his own mystery keeps junpei coming back to him, he takes just as much enjoyment out of junpei continuously pursuing him simply for the sake of wanting to.

so yeah, he's a bit of a ho whose need for attention is very much satisfied by junpei's curiosity, is what i'm trying to get at here.

soon, his chest is bared as he finishes undoing the fastenings, even though he doesn't shrug either piece of clothing off quite yet. instead, he grabs junpei's hand to try and pin him down against the bed, eyes sharpening as he murmurs, ]

What if I don't want to let you go?

[Pin away, Nikkari. Junpei's using his free hand to sneak inside the fabric of the undone shirt and jacket because Nikkari's basically given him a free pass to, and as his fingers begin exploring over his chest and to his sides he settles on a slight grin as he shrugs. He's fine with Nikkari having control at the moment, it seems, and he's more preoccupied with taking what he can get from him. He's keeping his own clothes on for now though to prolong the teasing.]

...you don't really have to if you don't want to, I guess. Not right now anyway.

[ ah, so he's learned to roll with the teases. nikkari grins as junpei's hands roam over his skin, lowering his hips as he drags himself against junpei's crotch with a satisfied sigh. ]

Haha... then... I think I'll keep you for as long as I possibly can.

[ shifting his arms so that he's wrapping them around junpei's shoulders now, he descends upon him to give him a deeper kiss than the one they'd shared previously. ]

[Sometimes you learn to pick your battles and with Nikkari who constantly makes fun of him he's learned to accept it and take it for what it is. He doesn't give a verbal reply, but there's a gentle hum against his lips that seems to be one of agreement as he opens his mouth to meet him for that kiss. He's shifting a leg to try and wrap around Nikkari's waist to drag him closer, hips tilting up and hands sliding up toward the sword's shoulders. He doesn't have a plan here, he's just trying to get across the message that he wants Nikkari closer.

His tongue's a little busy licking into Nikkari's mouth but he's letting one hand continue the fleeting touches. Today is not a day for him to sit still.]

[ well. unlike the way he lets his shirt and jacket hang loosely off his shoulders, he's decidedly less patient about keeping his pants on, especially with those touches sending jolts down his spine. with one hand, he undoes the button and slips them off; his briefs stay in place for now, though his arousal is visibly obvious in addition to being able to feel it.

only then does he let junpei pull him in, melting into the kiss as junpei's tongue goes to work, running his own along it where he can. as he brings his arm back up to rejoin its counterpart still around his partner's shoulders, he attempts to grab and reposition junpei's other leg, too, so that both of them can stop him from even thinking of going anywhere. it's not like he's planning to with junpei underneath him so alluringly like this, but hey, at least give him some kind of credit.

maybe he wants to be kept, too. ]

[It's almost pure instinct that has Junpei's legs wrapping around Nikkari's waist to lock him in, heels digging into his back a little possessively as he shivers beneath him from the touch and the slide of Nikkari's tongue against his own. One hand's busy with Nikkari's hair, twirling and pulling lightly while the other wastes little time in drifting between them to firmly grasp him through his briefs, stroking through the fabric and already trying to slip his fingers beneath the waistband.

He's a lot more confident than the last time they were in this room in this position. It's funny to think about, and he can't quite stop himself from grinning into the kiss. His hips wriggle up a little as if looking for some sort of friction between them but otherwise he's a little too focused on being as wrapped up as possible.]

[ nikkari breaks the kiss when junpei touches him to let out a wanting moan, shifting his legs to grind even deeper into that warm hold. he even cants his hips in a way that encourages his partner to dive underneath the cloth keeping them separated as he murmurs, ]

Junpei...

[ ... then he notices junpei trying to meet him halfway, and the fond glint in his eyes turns into a more devious one as he takes a deep breath and rubs callused fingers into the nape of junpei's neck. ]

It would help... if you stripped too, you know.
