They told me about a vision they had, too. Izuminokami saw three people. A woman with long hair, a man, and a third person they couldn't see that well. The guy was probably dead, so the woman with long hair tried to revive him. The third person came up behind her and stabbed her in the back. It was a woman with short hair. Tamamo saw her. She stabbed her to kill her and use the woman in a ritual circle while she was reading from a book...and whatever she summoned was pissed off enough that she ripped off her arm. Grune had a vision, too, but...[It's Grune, which means it can go either way and Francy and I are still PCing while I'm trying to find out.]

It's what makes me wonder about the Dimitri thing all over again. Someone obviously knew he was possessed, and it wasn't Kagachi. So what happened...?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is. One of the thoughts I had was a Camgirl. Or a Callboy. It fits either way, and when you think about it it's someone paying somebody else to put on a show or be a private escort...apply it to the way things work here, and it could be someone who's a gun for hire somehow.

Both of them fit the pattern. The only other seven letter C word that could apply to sex I can think of is cheater, and that doesn't exactly fit the rest of... [ he gestures at the fucking titles.

But until we find whoever that is, it's a stretch. Though if we're thinking that they're for hire... who's doing the hiring? The hosts?

...actually, cheater does fit if you think about them breaking our rules and cheating their way around the other rules. Wei Wuxian brought up a point. Our rulebooks say that the dispatchment takes place on Sunday. It's definitely not Sunday.

Not like doxxer really fits the sexy theme either. If the hosts are using you to run errands, how do we know they aren't using the other role as a back-up and they aren't telling us? Maybe it's something brand new.

Sexual wasn't the right term. These are all... specific. Cheater's kind of generic. Could be it, but it feels too simple considering everything else we've got.

"Errands" is one term for it. I don't know what anyone else could be getting out of this.

We already know our hosts can't do much from where they are. They need us to summon them and everything, so it was a thought.

We don't have any proof that our narrator wasn't also possessed. Wei Wuxian made a point that while the narrator wasn't insignificant in all of this, it is hard to tell which side they lean toward. Everything feels and sounds sort of detached, considering what was going on. Don't you think?

Right. Which I'm still saying there's no way we're actually still alone on this ship because someone has to be orchestrating the entire thing. Or, at least, working with someone to do it.
