The short-haired woman used the corpse of the long-haired one to try and summon something...she was reading out of a book, and her arm was ripped apart. It's not a guarantee they're the same people, but if the long-haired woman was Neena, whose body gave out, and the woman was Hazel who then went to find April instead...[He shakes his head.] It's speculation at best.
