This is sort of why I wanted to close this gap. Seems like there's some misinformation going around and I, personally, would like to know why. Then again I'm also curious where you heard that Prompto might've had something to do with this. Not many people would've spoken to him about it, I think.

[He shakes his head though.] To prevent Kagachi from incriminating himself further, I'll answer that. If he did send the notes I found, they weren't what I used to find your role. That was my own deduction. Kinda curious if your notes are ones I've found though. A simple yes or no will work, you already know which ones I've seen.

But to save some trouble, there’s not a person going around spreading rumors about Prompto, nor did I speak with him directly. I simply had a hunch about something, and wanted to see if I could resolve it.

I couldn’t say everything Escha told you about the role, so I don’t know whether it’s truly the same. But that has been my assumption.

She told me...each week the Cockblocker role she had can protect one person from an exorcism. Can't be the same person twice in a row. Gotta sleep with them first each week to make the protection work. It won't work if they tell the person that's why they're sleeping with them. And you can't tell anyone your role.

So...that helps us, right?

Remember what I asked you earlier? Escha never actually successfully used her powers, did she? She never interrupted an exorcism. And neither have I, obviously.

I can double-check with the hosts to see what the rules are on this. Escha and I did a lot of things we weren't supposed to, so it's not necessarily a good idea to repeat the way I interacted with her.

Otherwise, it might be better to discuss beforehand who I should check, and if I don't come to see you immediately on Tuesday, you can assume it was a miss.

Precisely. I have the rules and I understand how it technically works. The question is, if my purpose is to prevent another situation like Escha's, I'm uncertain how I'm meant to accomplish that. There's another possibility for what I'm meant to do, but -

How were you and Escha coordinating, Kagachi? Why did she want to know what you found?
