That's where they have us. People will want to know the rules and that means they'll start meeting conditions right away. We already have a group of people who want to do the right thing and follow the rules. It seems impossible o tell everyone not to and expect that to work.
But some people manage to figure things out by breaking off on their own, right? Like during that blackout you told me about. So even if the majority are obeying...
[ some of them can just sneak off and trial and error things ]
Yeah, that's true. That's how we got the studio open, too. There are some who manage to figure out things on their own, but will those people find out enough to help us faster than the people who'll play by the rules and wait for further instruction? That's the question.
We asked our door to open and it did when Higekiri was polite. Dick and Aizawa used a blowtorch and brute-forced it as far as I know. There doesn't seem to be a real pattern to how it works which is even more frustrating.
The rooms have puzzles inside from what I've noticed. Or, more like, things you have to figure out by putting together the pieces. Can't really threaten your way out of those. But maybe some doors are into that?
[ what's? so weird??? they're just different places. but this was about getting him to stop freaking out over whatever, so she'll let his squirrely brain run with whatever thoughts it gets. this time. ]
Sure. I don't know if I'll find anything useful, but I'll keep an eye out.
[Sometimes you just think stupid things because you're a stupid boy. It's fine.]
There's always something useful behind locked doors, Zero. Trust me. Until then...[He lifts his glass in an invisible toast.] Here's to...potentially nine hours of chasing our own tails.

If they weren't, then they're naive. Nothing you can do about them.

What do you think of the new rulebook?

If we only get to find out new rules when we meet some stupid condition, it's possible we might never figure some of them out.

[ that's the only credit she'll give to the rule abiders at this point. ]
How did they manage to get those doors open again? Maybe there's a pattern of some sort.

There better not be any riddles - I hate those.

This sounds worse than Three's stupid forest.
[ grumbles, ok so she better bring someone else to figure it out ]

They divided the country up into five regions, one for each of them to rule. Five had the Land of Seas, and Three ruled the Land of Forests. Why?

...if you manage to get into one of the doors, let me know what happens?
