Could be. I'm not from a universe where magic's real, so I can't even start to think about how this is happening outside of the idea it's a pocket dimension of some kind. [It's very weird.

Whoa. [ Despite the noise, he's grinning at Junpei as he is pushed. ]

Loyalty is one of your strong points, yeah. But it's not just that either. [Is he baiting Prompto into trying to figure out good things about himself? Yeah. It's easier than outright saying it himself.]

...you're one of the more honest people here. I don't have to second-guess what you're thinking or what you're doing and it makes it easier to know what I can tell you or what we can do to figure a way out of here. You might not notice, but you're easy to talk to. In a place like this? That's a pretty valuable skill.

[ There's a lift in the corner of his mouth st the mock frown.

And then his eyes widen when Junpei actually shares. He fidgets with his hands as he tries to figure out what he should even say. People keep dropping compliments on him. ]

Thanks, man. I'm not used to hearing what I'm good at. I mean, besides my main two skills.

[ He usually hangs with dudes who mess around and would touch on emotions for a moment before calling each other losers the next ]

Yeah, I got that impression. [But yeah, this is about as emotional as he's allowing himself to get.] But you could stand to believe it a little more when people say things. Keep that in mind as you make friends here.

You don't fuck your friends three times in the same week, Prompto! [It's still a joke and he lets Prompto dash across the pool to the bar. What the hell is he doing...? He'll just hang here and watch.]

[ He's met Hiza, right? Not going to respond to that. Placing the glass at the corner of the bar before he jogs back over. ]
