Hard to say if this is because I know about your role or because they decided to be nice and give you something to show other people. If you take it literally, it sounds like a hint to the twelve other roles, but according to your note last week there's only one of you specifically .

...if they wanted to overcomplicate it, it could also be an anagram. [Hm...] The placing of the word "there" is kind of weird.

I don't know, either. The role seems to be designed for me to be able to perform it entirely on my own, but maybe it's their way of saying I should be working with the others despite that...? Like a suggestion that they'll be able to help me do my job better than if I'm entirely on my own.
