[Oh. Hello. Junpei's at the coffee shop and hopefully by now figured out how to make bubble tea, so he's here and keeping his distance and listening carefully.]
Thanks. [He looks pleased by that, it helps to keep himself at arms length.] If he told anybody, I know nothing about it. Did he tell you what the gift was? That might help narrow some stuff down, too.
He sounded surprised to receive it... I believe I'm the first who might've inquired - and it was another token from home. It didn't appear to be anything particular valuable, except perhaps in sentiment. It was small enough to fit in a box, and he did not recognize the handwriting of the note with his name.

Perhaps it is someone who wishes to give you both reassurances? They seemed like kind gestures.
...I imagine that it was something meant to be nice, yeah. [There's a strange sort of smile, like he's not sure it hit its mark but he understands the attempt.] I'd be interested to know if there's something in common, too. And maybe if there are others. If no one's asked Wei Wuxian before he probably doesn't know.
I don't mind continuing to look around. I told them all that if they hear anything about it, then I'd like to know. Um... Chuuya told us that he doesn't have anything to do with giving the gifts out, so my guess is that it's either this place at work or it would leave someone in our number if the other resurrected are incapable.

... I think that they are items that are sentimental, and important. Perhaps ones that make them think of loved ones, or times in the past. So far they have both been accessories of sorts... but I don't know if that will be a trend.

Chuuya had no idea? [That seems surprising to him.] Like he didn't know that the gifts were given out, or he didn't know someone was doing it at all?
...I think it's not so much making people remember something but more like a motivation of some kind. If you give someone something to remind them of their goals, they'll work harder or they'll feel better about a situation that seems pretty shitty. Higekiri maybe has a point.
I trust Wei Wuxian enough. Maybe I'll pay him a visit myself later.
He said that he isn't able to give us gifts from home - and even if he is able to give us items like them, they would not operate the same way. He couldn't say anything more about what others received either.

Tomorrow seems like a safe bet since I received mine on Wednesday, too. If Chuuya really isn't responsible, perhaps there's a pattern to who receives those gifts. You'll both tell me if something happens to you tomorrow, right?

Sure. Maybe three people who receive gifts will help us try to see who all might be connected. I hope that I get something... I'd like a souvenir quite a bit.
[For a moment, he watches Higekiri with a very soft, knowing look. Whatever he thinks about makes him flush faintly? And then he looks away, his eyes lowered like he's thoughtful.]
